We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant , Level 3, to join a PRU school in Lichfield. Ideal candidates should possess:

 

Qualifications or Certificates:

• Relevant qualification in education or related field (Level 3).
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

 

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a PRU or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils, including the provision of specialist skills.
• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour and additional needs.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching staff and contributing to the development and education of pupils within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit).
